We can ship to all countries within the EU + Norway and Åland. If you do not reside in Sweden or the EU, please note that on top of the order payment, you will have to bear any customs charges when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these and advise you to contact your local customs office before hand.
After placing an order, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address you have registered. If you do not receive it, please check you spam folder. The order confirmation mail shows your order number. Please save the e-mail and make sure to state the order number in all correspondence with us. The order confirmation mail is also your receipt for the purchase.
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us asap on firstname.lastname@example.org and state you order number. You can cancel you order without charge until the order is processed.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. The card payments are handled by Klarna AB, securely and encrypted. There is no extra charge for card payments.
For customers in Sweden and Norway it is also possible to pay by invoice, handled by Klarna, as long as you want the goods to be delivered to your registered address within these countries. The invoice is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you register when ordering. The term of the invoice is 14 days net.

Free shipping within EU apply on orders over €50. For orders below €50 a shipping fee of €4,90 will be added to the order.
We normally dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of 2-5 days. Note that this is an estimate and that deviations and delays can occur.
Your order will be sent with DHL parcel connect. Depending on your country, the package can be delivered with a DHL partner like Bring (in Norway and Denmark), Posti (in Finland and Baltic countries) or another third party.
Outside of EU: Extra charges such as customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT) and other import fees for countries outside the EU will be paid by you, the customer, on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs. If you for any reason want to return an item, we will not refund any customs duties or taxes that you paid on delivery.
For uncollected packages that are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the buyer the costs for return shipping plus a handling fee of 25 euro.

If the package is damaged on delivery, you shall immediately claim the damage at your collection site or with the driver. If possible, please also take a picture of the damaged package.
If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us asap on email@example.com. Include you order number and preferable a picture of the product that shows the problem.
You have 14 days right of return after you have received a product, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Products must be sent back in the original, unused condition and including label and original packaging.
Note that we will refund the product but not the cost for the return shipping.
How to return a product:
1. Send an mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number and what product/-s you like to return. Easiest is to make a reply on the order confirmation e-mail and just state which product/-s you like to return.
2. Pack the product so it is protected during transport. Include the delivery note or a note with your name and order number.
3. Print the return label you have received from us by e-mail and put on the package. Make sure that it is well fastened to manage the transport.
4. Bring the package to a DHL collection point, submit and save the receipt.
5. When the return has reached us, normally within one week, we will repay you for the product cost minus the actual return shipping cost.

Please note that you, as customer, takes responsibility and pays for cost associated with the return of the goods, incl return shipping. The customer also holds the responsibility of the goods until it is returned.
